The Venue Chattanooga
If 2021 didn’t start any better than it did! We took a trip to Chattanooga, Tennessee, to do an amazing Styled Session Chattanooga Tennessee at The Venue Chattanooga. This was the first of a few styled sessions that I will be taking part in for the 2021 season.
This styled session was coordinated by the lovely Rachel Kathleen Photo and Rachel Elle Photography for the Wedding Lead Machine Accelerator Meet-Up. These ladies did an unbelievable job, and working with other creatives in the industry makes this profession all more rewarding.
The direction these two went in the style of the session was a mix of elegance and boho-chic. They combined the two styles to give photographers who were in attendance a chance to get their brand’s style without going to far left field with the images they captured from this styled session. The group was broke up into teams, and we each hit a station in 30-minute increments. We all had a chance to take the main photographer and direct as we needed and then take second or third roles while shooting the main point. The coolest thing about doing a styled session with multiple photographers, it is really cool to see the different edits, shooting styles, and direction points. Becky designed the tablescape with Red Roof Farm Vintage Rentals. She did a beautiful job setting the decor for the session! The color palette and choice of decor added a beautiful pop of color to a white decor to the venue. The candles that she used for the tablescape and then the gold plates and utensils, different size glasses with color rims, and napkins were beautiful! The whole tablescape was gorgeous. The Venue Chattanooga is currently under renovation. The venue we photographed in was all redone, so having the ability to be one of the first photographers to shoot at this newly renovated venue was very rewarding. If they didn’t have enough photographs of the new space before, they now have plenty of it. Styled Session Chattanooga Tennessee
As a newly renovated venue, the images you want to take need to be nothing short of high quality and none of that ticky-tacky shit.
The florist, May Flowers, did a beautiful job on the bouquets for the brides, and the tablescape arrangement wasn’t overdone and took the center of this tablescape. Each floral arrangement suited each bride and her dress beautifully. Love, love, love the images with the flower arrangements. They even complimented the cake even more. Next Tier Wedding Cakes made the cake, and she did a beautiful job of thinking outside the box and added to the style that Rachel and Rachel chose. The classic naked cake is always a go-to for a more modern style for weddings and styled sessions, so the direction she went was so unique, and I loved it! Styled Session Chattanooga Tennessee
Overall this styled session was beautiful, and the content we all got was refreshing and added tons of value to our followers. Thanks for taking the time to read about our styled session, and now onto the models and their beautiful pictures!

“We met at church! We had mutual friends but never really spoke because he was so shy. I really wanted to flirt with him (and I’m not too great at that…), so I handed him a La Croix I had in my purse, and he must’ve enjoyed it because he called me not long after.”

“Bradley took me out for BBQ! We had a great time, and My Girl played on the radio, we laughed a lot. And I looked out the window and audibly read a sign that I thought was funny, and when I turned back to him, he was looking at me in a way no one had ever looked at me before. HOW DID YOU FALL IN LOVE?
“It was all very Jane Austen. He confessed his love for me in front of a parade! There were lots of crazy things going on in the parade, but we were standing on the sidewalk telling each other that we loved each other, haha! It was pretty funny looking back on it and so romantic at the time!” Styled Session Chattanooga Tennessee
HOW DID HE PROPOSE?
“Bradley took me on an alleged “drive” like we usually did, and he took me to our church. He wanted to get out of the car, and we walked into the parking lot, and he handed me a La Croix AND said, “I’m going to flirt with you a little bit!” That’s when he got down on one knee and asked me to marry him! We got engaged at Church in April 2020.”

“Finally being his wife! And I’m excited about our vows. I believe we have written outstanding ones, haha.”

“God means the most to us! And we also really love our ducks, Tinker & Stinker. Our friendship really means a lot to us because we are best friends first and in a romantic relation second. We talk like best friends, tell each other everything, and enjoy each other’s company in that way.”
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE THING ABOUT EACH OTHER?!
Jayna: “My favorite thing about Bradley is his kind heart! He is so compassionate and helpful and tries to make everyone feel good about themselves.”
Bradley: “My favorite thing about Jayna is her sense of humor! She really knows how to light up a room with her laugh, smile, jokes. She makes the dark days lighter.”
HOW HAVE YOU GROWN AS A COUPLE SINCE YOU STARTED DATING?
Jayna: “We have tried so many new things that I never would’ve thought to try, and I know that Bradley has, too. We have visited churches where the language is different than ours, we have tried new foods from many different cultures, and we have pushed each other to branch out from what we are used to.” Styled Session Chattanooga Tennessee
Bradley: “We decided together to pursue degrees that we had not thought of getting before we got together. She really pushed me to go back to college, and we have learned so much together.”
FAVORITE QUIRK ABOUT EACH OTHER?!
Jayna: “My favorite quirk about Bradley is the way he says ambulance! It’s so cute!! I also love the way he adds an extra S to some store/restaurant names.”

IF YOU COULD SPEND 24 HOURS WITH YOUR PARTNER, WHAT WOULD YOU BE DOING?!
“A spontaneous road trip to see where we end up!”
WHEN DO YOU FEEL MOST LOVED BY YOUR PARTNER?!
Jayna: “I feel loved most by Bradley when we are laughing so hard we can’t breathe. It just reminds me of how much he really gets me! Sometimes we laugh so hard only we can understand each other.”
Bradley: “When I get to see her after work, her eyes light up when she sees me, and she runs to hug me. This is when I feel most loved.”
IF YOU COULD BE INSANELY TALENTED AT ONE THING, WHAT WOULD IT BE?!
Jayna: “I would LOVE to be able to create gorgeous sugar cookies. I am so amazed by anyone who can do that!”
Bradley: “I would love to be able to sing. People say I sound like a dying donkey, but Jayna says I sound good, so that’s all that matters. I wish I could sing as well as she can. She’s won awards and stuff!”

Unfortunately, we haven’t heard back from Ashlyn and Mark, our other beautiful models, but here are some photos from their portion of the styled session! These two absolutely rocked it with their beautiful smiles and constant connection. I am in awe of how this went! Check them out!
